On the Big Screen

In an effort to bring you the latest and best releases, we've changed booking agents and adopted a more flexible approach to booking our films.  That means we won't always know what will be playing more than approximately a week in advance, but we do know that they'll be among the best available. We look for a variety of films from mainstream to art/foreign to non-fiction. Each month we look for suitable movies for families.

Tickets are $9 Adults, $7 Seniors 62+, and $7 Children under 12. As always, Lincoln Theater members receive $2 off each ticket.  To find out what is currently playing, please call 563-3424, watch our marquee on Main Street and the posters on Theater Street, look at our ad in the Lincoln County News each week and check back on this website.  Our goal is to bring you the best!

Featuring a Golden Globe winning and Academy Award nominated performance by Meryl Streep, The Iron Lady tells the story of a woman who smashed through the barriers of gender and class to be heard in a male-dominated world. The story concerns power and the price that is paid for power, and is a surprising and insightful portrait of an extraordinary and complex woman, Margaret Thatcher.  It opens at Lincoln Theater on Friday February 3rd and play Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday evenings at 7 PM. We have also added, due to popular request, an additional matinee screening on Wednesday February 8th at 2 PM.
